Since then, my passion for hair styling and the joy of “Doing Hair” has never left me. I have worked and lived my dream in the beauty industry. Many opportunities to study and train professionals in New York, San Francisco, and Europe have allowed me to remain in step with changing trends.

Jessica Aldridge

I have been a hair designer for 11 years. I attended Ogle School of Hair Design and graduated in 2001. After graduating from hair school I moved to Austin, Texas to further my education. I did an apprenticeship for two years at Salon 505 with my focus being color and cuts. In 2004 I was featured in D Magazine as Best Trend Setting Stylist. In 2005 I was featured in the Dallas Observer for winning the best makeover competition and in 2010 I became a certified stylist with Brazilian Blowout. Lindsey Coke Burns graduated from the Paul Mitchell School Dallas in 2009 and has been a stylist at the Salon at Vaught House since. At Paul Mitchell she focused her education on cut and color treatment and has since expanded her portfolio to offering the Brazilian Blowout. Lindsey is passionate about making sure her clients leave feeling great about themselves and is always looking for new and innovative ways to enhance each individual’s salon experience.

Tory Carrasco - master hair designer

Becca Fife

After fifteen years of pursuing her passion for cutting, coloring, and styling hair, along with her training at Aveda Institute in Minnesota and attending numerous hair shows in New York and Las Vegas, Becca has developed a wonderful eye for color.

Robin Gann

Robin has been in the beauty industry for 9 years. Starting at a young age of 16 as a shampoo tech and continuing her education in 2004 at Ogle's school of hair skin and nails to get her cosmetologist license. After graduation went through an apprenticeship program for 8 months to perfect in color, haircut, and styling techniques. Always keeping up with hair shows and with the current trends. She has worked for proctor and gamble for the past 3 years as a color educator for Wella as well a styling educator for Graham Webb. Is now known for color, color correction, and color techniques. Julie Hartnett

Julie Hartnett graduated from Ogle’s Beauty School in 1994. Upon graduation, she was offered a position with a top Salon in Arlington. Julie decided to join the Salon at Vaught House when it opened in 2004.

Julie loves what she does and is 100% committed to her business and her clients. She regularly attends classes to stay current on trends, styles and techniques. Julie has developed a reputation for excellence in formal styles and is often referred “Up-do’s” from stylists at other salons.

Julie is married and has two children. When she is not working, she enjoys spending her time with her family and friends.

Dannette Little

24 years of collaborative styling and innovative color expertise. Locally trained and internationally educated. Worked with Aveda Corporation for 15 years, 7 as a Purefessional traveling nationally training other stylists in the art and craft of color and latest trend styling. Hands on workshops with renowned international artists such as Loise Lucari, Sonja and Christopher Dove, Federrick Fekkai, Gerran of Paris, master makeup classes with Kevin Aucoin and Sonia Kushak, just to name a few. My working goals are to continually train, have fun and be inspired.

After years of having my own body aches and pain while standing dressing hair, listening to my clients and coworkers complain about their posture and aches, I got Rolfed. It so profoundly changed my life, I decided to become a Rolfer. I have spent the last 3 years studying, training and living in Munich Germany, Sao Paulo Brazil and Boulder Colorado to receive my certification in Rolfing Structural Integration. Christie Tarver

Christie Tarver is a professional Hair Designer with an Aveda Concept Salon background that taught her to focus on customer service and organic products. After receiving her license in 1991, Christie obtained precision haircutting techniques from Visible Changes Salons. Moving forward she became a Color Specialist in Logics, Aveda, and is currently working with Wella hair color. Christie is continually refreshing her education and fashion trends all over the country anywhere from New York to Las Vegas. Christie has worked on location in Fashion Shows, Bridal Fairs, Charity Events, Weddings, and Educational events. She is a Hair Dreams Extensions Designer, which gives her the ability to create fashion trends, to add volume and thickening, and to extend the length of your hair. Her passion is finding the desire and need of the client and to create new looks by transforming your hair through color and style.

Christie loves the outdoors and to be active in life. Traveling is her joy; giving her the opportunity to meet new people, explore new places, and discover the world and its cultures. Her inspiration comes through observing nature's colors and textures and using it in an art form such as Hairdressing!
