Salon at Vaught House has become one of the most sought out salons in the area for the ultra talented and entrepreneurial spirited hair stylist. Hair stylists are provided the opportunity to work for themselves while benefiting from the support of a fully staffed and equipped salon.
This classical revival home and now historic building, with Doric columns was built for T. J. Trammell and purchased by Selma and Alex Vaught around 1907. This structure has undergone modifications in the recent years, including remodeling that added the Georgian Revival portico. The salon felt compelled to honor the Vaught family and the house with it's name sake, Salon at Vaught House. Comprised of twelve independent hairstylists. Salon at Vaught House has become synonymous with style, beauty and grace.
